Here's a very easy recipe to enjoy on a warm day, maybe while reading Flavia's Secret - print edition due out very soon! - or A Secret Treasure:
1 large cooking apple (Bramley or similar)
2 scoops vanilla icecream
2 scoops thick Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp finely ground coriander seed
Stew the apple and sugar with a little water, until soft. Blend with the icecream and yoghurt until smooth, then stir in the coriander seed at the last minute and serve. It's even better if left to cool in the fridge. The coriander lifts the apple and adds a peachy/peary taste of its own.

Lindsay, that looks really good. I just noticed Greek Yoghurt in the organic section of my grocery, and wondered what it tasted like.
Savanna - Greek Yoghurt is lovely! It's very thick and creamy - they take out all the whey. It's more expensive(or at least it is in the UK) but we buy it as a treat.
Hi Lindsay, I'll have to try some. Yes, it was expensive. But then, everything is becoming expensive now.
